Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through this website is UAB Dr Verslas, a company registered in the Republic of Lithuania, with its registered office at Vytenio g. 18, Vilnius 03229, Lithuania.

You can reach us by email at info@drverslas.eu or by telephone on +370 698 02654. Our office hours are 08:00 to 18:00 CET, Monday to Friday. Any question about this policy, or any request concerning your personal data, can be sent to the same email address.

What data we collect

When you complete the enquiry form on this website, we receive the name, email address and message that you enter, together with a record that you ticked the consent box. We do not ask for, and the form does not collect, any special category data. If your message itself contains additional information about you or your project, we process that information as part of handling your enquiry.

When you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or Telegram using the details published on this website, we process the contact data and the content of the correspondence.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs of requests to the site. These records may include your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and information sent by your browser about its type and version. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, not to identify visitors.

This website uses Google Analytics. It is loaded on every page through a Google tag and collects information about how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser characteristics, and the source that brought you to the site. Google Analytics places cookies in your browser for this purpose.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

Enquiries submitted through the form are processed so that we can answer them, prepare a quotation and, where a project goes ahead, perform the resulting contract. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and, once a commercial relationship begins, the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one.

Correspondence by email and messaging services is processed on the same basis: to respond to what you asked and to document what was agreed.

Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and available website.

Analytics data is processed to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Where the law of your country requires consent for analytics cookies, that consent is the legal basis, and you may refuse it by blocking cookies in your browser or by using a browser extension that blocks Google Analytics.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Your data is accessible to the service providers who keep this website running: our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database, and Google, which provides the analytics service. These providers act as processors on our instructions and are bound to protect the data they handle for us.

Where an enquiry leads to a project, the information necessary to deliver it may be shared with our own engineering, production and logistics teams and, where a project requires it, with subcontractors and certification bodies. Only what is necessary is shared, and only for as long as the project requires.

We disclose data to public authorities only where a legal obligation requires it.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Google, as the provider of the analytics service, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers take place under the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation, including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Our own business operations, including the handling of your enquiry, are carried out within the European Union.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for as long as the enquiry remains commercially relevant, and are deleted when it is clear that there will be no project.

Where an enquiry becomes a contract, project correspondence and documentation are kept for the periods required by Lithuanian accounting, tax and construction legislation. Technical documentation relating to a delivered structure may be kept for the service life of that structure, because it forms part of the record a public client relies on during inspection and maintenance.

Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then overwritten. Analytics data is retained according to the settings applied in the Google Analytics property.

Slapukai

Our own website software does not place cookies on your device when you simply read a page. Cookies are placed by Google Analytics, as described above, and by embedded content: the site contains a video hosted by YouTube, and playing that video causes YouTube to set cookies on your device under its own privacy terms.

You can delete cookies already stored in your browser and refuse new ones through your browser settings. Refusing cookies does not prevent you from reading this website or from sending us an enquiry.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, and to have your data erased where there is no longer a lawful reason for us to keep it. You may also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, and receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@drverslas.eu. We will respond within one month of receiving your request. If your request is complex, we may extend that period and will tell you if we do.

If you are not satisfied

If you believe that we have handled your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority: in the EU member state where you live, where you work, or where the alleged infringement took place.

We would prefer to resolve the matter with you directly first, and ask that you write to us before turning to an authority.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way we process data changes, or when the law requires it. The version published on this page is the one in force. Where a change materially affects how we handle data you have already given us, we will inform you at the email address you used to contact us.
