This website describes aluminium structures we design and manufacture: pedestrian and cycle bridges, industrial walkways, viewing platforms, floating structures and outdoor staircases. Spans, load classes, dimensions, delivery times, service life figures and installation durations published here are indicative. They describe what is typically achievable and are not a commitment for any particular project.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. A binding commitment arises only from a written quotation issued by us for a defined scope, or from a signed contract. Where a published figure and a quotation differ, the quotation governs.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry through the form or by email does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to proceed. We may ask for further information before quoting, and we may decline to quote.
A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. Prices, lead times and technical parameters in a quotation are based on the site conditions, load requirements and specification supplied to us. If those change, the quotation may need to be revised.
Certification and compliance statements
Statements on this website about certification, execution classes and applicable standards describe the certification held by UAB Dr Verslas at the time of publication. Certificates are issued by a notified body for a defined scope and have a validity period.
Before relying on any such statement in a tender or procurement decision, request the current certificates from us. We supply them, together with the declaration of performance for a specific product, as part of the documentation for a project. Certification held for one material or execution class does not extend to another.
Project references
Completed projects shown on this website are presented as references. Details of location, span, load class and delivery are given as delivered. They illustrate what has been built and do not imply that an equivalent structure can be delivered under different site conditions, timescales or regulatory requirements without separate assessment.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photographs, drawings, diagrams, technical descriptions, the DR VERSLAS name and logo, and the arrangement of the site itself, belongs to UAB Dr Verslas or is used by us with permission.
You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own internal use in evaluating us as a supplier, including for the preparation of a tender. You may not republish our content, use it commercially, or present it as your own. Photographs of delivered projects may not be reused without our written consent.
Technical documentation, drawings and calculations supplied to you during a project remain our intellectual property unless a contract states otherwise, and may be used only for the project for which they were issued.

The enquiry form collects the name, email address and message you enter, for the purpose of answering your enquiry. You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@drverslas.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force at the time you use the website. Amendments do not affect quotations already issued or contracts already concluded.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from the use of this website are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania, with venue in Vilnius, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Where you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
